Where to find logan in fallout new vegas

Hey guys. The other day i was exploring Camp Searchlight, and found a guy named Logan hiding in a basemant with a couple of fellow mercenaries, however i can't interact with him I press X and all he says is something like "I heard Primm has a new Sheriff, that should keep the powder gangers away. I tried pickpocketing him but the keys are nowhere to be found. I wouldn't be able to get his quest though, as i killed Boxcars in Nipton. Pretty sure there are fire axes in other places.

I think I found one in one of the cisterns outside the strip. They've got hella strong armor n im having trouble dealing dammage to them. So i need a stronk af melle weapon yesterday. Grab the grenade rifle on the boxes and then look at the shelves. There should be three grenades lying on the shelf. Once you get the grenades, you should be done with your looting. Turn in the salvage to Logan to advance the quest.

Leave the police station and cross over to the fire station. I suggest that you get ready for a very tough fight. Use a good weapon with either armor piercing rounds or slugs, and consider using some chems to make it a bit easier. The Legion soldier that set off the radiation attack is dead on the floor by the queen. Loot him if you want. I also suggest that you grab a few fire axes off of the rack along with a fire helmet, if you want one.
